Data Controller
The data controller is Talent360Hub (Ignacio Rubio Guiasola), with operational offices in Plovdiv (Bulgaria) and Amsterdam (Netherlands).
Data We Collect
We collect the data you give us voluntarily: name, email address, company, phone, country, profile type and the message from the contact form and, if you arrive from an advertising campaign, the campaign parameters in the web address; your email address if you subscribe to the blog; and, if you choose to use the conversational assistant, the audio of the conversation and its transcript.
Purpose of Processing
The data is used to answer your enquiries, handle demo requests, send you the blog articles if you subscribed and improve our services.
Data Processors
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for commercial purposes. To run the service we rely on providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions: ElevenLabs (United States) processes the audio and transcript of the conversational assistant, together with the context of the page you are writing from —its language, its address and the campaign you arrived through, if any—; Mailjet (European Union) handles the newsletter delivery; and, only if you accept the corresponding cookies, Google (United States) analyses how the site is used and Meta (United States) measures how our ads perform. For Google and Meta there is an international data transfer, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you do not accept, their tools are not loaded. Form and conversation data is also stored on our own server, in the European Union.
Blog Newsletter
If you subscribe, we use your email address solely to send you the blog articles. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link included in every email, without having to write to us.
Conversational Assistant
The contact page offers an artificial intelligence assistant you can speak or write to, whichever you prefer. It is optional: the contact form is still there and does the same job. If you choose to speak, your browser will ask for microphone permission and you can refuse; if you choose to write, the microphone is never switched on and no audio is recorded. Either way the conversation is transcribed in order to handle your enquiry. You can ask us to delete it by writing to privacy@talent360hub.com.
Data Subject Rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection by contacting privacy@talent360hub.com.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and subsequently for applicable legal periods.
Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent —for the newsletter and for the conversational assistant— and on the legitimate interest of Talent360Hub in answering the requests you send us, in accordance with the GDPR.
